These Driver Referral Program Rules ("Program Rules") govern your participation in the EverTrust Transit Services Inc. ("EverTrust") Driver Referral Program ("Referral Program"). By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to these Program Rules, which are in addition to any other agreements between you and EverTrust, including the EverTrust Terms of Service.

Program Overview

The Referral Program offers current eligible individuals ("Referrers") the opportunity to refer qualified persons to join EverTrust as new drivers ("Referred Drivers"). Referrers can earn a referral reward ("Referral Reward") when their Referred Driver meets specific criteria outlined below.

Referrer Eligibility

To be eligible to participate as a Referrer, you must:

1. Be a legal resident of your country of residence.
2. Be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
3. Share your unique referral code ("Referral Code") with potential Referred Drivers.
   

Referred Driver Eligibility

A Referred Driver must:

1. Be a new applicant who has never previously applied to be or been an EverTrust driver.
2. Meet all EverTrust driver eligibility requirements and be approved to drive.
3. Complete the required background checks, alcohol, and drug screenings successfully.
4. Complete 50 trips within 120 days of activation.
   

Referral Process

1. Sharing Your Referral Code: As a Referrer, you will receive a unique Referral Code from EverTrust. You may share this code with eligible individuals interested in becoming EverTrust drivers.
2. Application: The Referred Driver must enter your Referral Code during their initial application to drive with EverTrust. The code cannot be added after the application has been submitted.
3. Approval and Activation: The Referred Driver must meet all EverTrust driver requirements, successfully complete the necessary background checks, alcohol and drug screenings, and be approved and activated as an EverTrust driver.
4. Trip Completion: The Referred Driver must complete 50 trips within 120 days of their activation date.
   

Referral Reward

As a Referrer, you are eligible to receive a Referral Reward of $250 once your Referred Driver meets all the eligibility criteria and completes the required 50 trips within the specified timeframe. The Referral Reward will be processed and included in your payout within 1-2 pay cycles after the Referred Driver completes the 50th trip.

Additional Terms

1. Limitations: You cannot refer yourself or create multiple accounts to circumvent the Referral Program rules. Each Referred Driver can only be referred once. If multiple Referrers claim credit for the same Referred Driver, EverTrust has sole discretion to determine which Referrer is entitled to the Referral Reward.
2. Program Changes: EverTrust reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Program Rules at any time and for any reason. Any changes will be communicated through official EverTrust channels.
3. Compliance: Participation in the Referral Program must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any abuse of the program, as determined by EverTrust, may result in withholding or rescinding Referral Rewards and/or termination of your participation in the program.
4. No Employment Relationship: Participation in the Referral Program does not create any employment relationship between EverTrust and the Referrer or Referred Driver.
